How It Works
Start with a Free Discovery Coaching Session. During that session you and I will identify where you are and where you want to be.
After your session, you can sign up and we will talk once a month via phone/zoom to keep you accountable, adjust and prioritize your actions.

In the HEALTH COACHiNG discovery session we'll focus on:
- where you are in this present moment.
- how you want to be
- where you want to be
- and how you want to get there
Your individual health coaching includes:
- 1 session per month
- Unlimited email correspondence in between sessions
- Four questionnaires that you complete and I review before each session
- Homework and reading assignments to keep you focused and growing
- A personalized action plan and self-care program
