How It Works

Start with a Free Discovery Coaching Session. During that session you and I will identify where you are and where you want to be.

After your session, you can sign up and we will talk once a month via phone/zoom to keep you accountable, adjust and prioritize your actions.

In the HEALTH COACHiNG discovery session we'll focus on:

  • where you are in this present moment.
  • how you want to be
  • where you want to be
  • and how you want to get there

Your individual health coaching includes:

  • 1 session per month
  • Unlimited email correspondence in between sessions
  • Four questionnaires that you complete and I review before each session
  • Homework and reading assignments to keep you focused and growing
  • A personalized action plan and self-care program
  • Confidentiality
